Stripe.
1. Refunds

A. SaaS Subscriptions
Our SaaS subscription services, including all plans offered on Merxdot.com, are eligible for
refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund Requests within 14 Days: Customers may request a full refund within
14 days of the initial purchase or renewal of a subscription. After 14 days, refunds will
not be available.
- Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are issued only if the service has not been
fully utilized or if there are significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
B. Refund Requests via Paddle and Stripe
- Paddle: Refunds for subscriptions purchased via Paddle can be requested
within 14 days of the purchase or renewal. If approved, the subscription will be canceled,
and no further charges will apply.
- Stripe: Similarly, for purchases made through Stripe, refund requests must
be made within 14 days. If the request is approved, the subscription will be canceled with
no further charges.

and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5-10 business days.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to Merxdot.com's SaaS services at any time. Here’s how
cancellations are handled:
A. Cancellation of SaaS Subscriptions
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your
account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@merxdot.com.
- Billing Cycle: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the
service until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged
unless you re-subscribe.
- No Refunds for Unused Periods: After the 14-day refund window,
cancellations do not result in a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
B. Paddle and Stripe Subscription Cancellations
- Paddle: You can manage and cancel your subscription directly via the Paddle
portal or by contacting our support team.
- Stripe: Subscriptions managed via Stripe can be canceled through your
account or by reaching out to our support team.
3. Free Trials
If you have signed up for a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends
to avoid being charged. Once a paid subscription starts, the refund and cancellation policies
outlined above apply.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be
credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or
payment provider.
